I offer Mindfulness Courses which may be of interest to you.
All of my courses online and in person work are with people who are experiencing challenges, a form of suffering.
We are all so aware of different kinds of suffering in our lives and world for numerous reasons.
The more we can understand ourselves and our thoughts and emotions the more we can do to create a kinder and more compassionate world for ourselves and others.
In the online courses, I offer you new perspectives to provide you with a better work-life balance and a pathway to meet and transform distress patterns of behaviour of a lifetime and grow kindness and compassion that go both ways.

Join my 4-week Intro to Mindfulness! Commencing Thursday 3rd October 2024 at 8pm
This 4-week live, online programme will introduce you to the how’s and why's of mindfulness. Explore the potential benefits including the reduction of anxiety, low mood, fear, and panic attacks. Prioritize your health and wellbeing, by enriching the life you live.
This program is also available on a one-to-one basis at a suitable time upon request.

When the worst has happened to you and you are feeling terrible, for example the death of a special person in your life (for example a loved family member), the illness of a special person, divorce, breakdown in a relationship, loss of energy, health, job, home, or whatever is paining you.
Get the support you need to remember with more love than pain, and find a way to move forward that honours all that is happening in your life.

Try my 8-week Program on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT/MBSR)! Commencing Wednesday 15th January 2025
This program is designed to support those who are prone to episodes of depression, low mood, panic attacks and anxiety.
Your commitment involves:
- - Pre-course orientation call
- Attending 2-hour class weekly
- Engaging in daily practice 30–45 mins
- Mindful retreat day 10am–2pm

Duration: Eight sessions of 2 hrs each
(This program is open to anyone who has a regular practice.)
To help free up our minds in times of vulnerability, difficulties, frustrations and loss so as to be able to respond sensitively with compassion to the needs of the moment. How restless are you? Are you constantly being pulled away? This program is about building a practice into your day to help quieten and ease the mind.

Mindfulness is a great tool to promote well-being, and helps to reduce some Mental Health issues. Getting back to your mindfulness practices is a great gift to yourself and to your inner journey. Being mindful can help people feel calmer and more fully alive. Growing mindful awareness can and may influence and alleviate different forms of mental suffering.
